- Lt. Dr. Rama Koteswara Rao Kondasani is a marketing professional and working as a Assistant professor in the department of Management Studies (DOMS) National Institute of Technology, Silchar since December 2019. Dr. Ram Kondasani did his PhD in Healthcare Management in 2016 from National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, and MBA from Andhra University. His areas of interest are customer satisfaction, loyalty, behavioural intention, service quality, value, and marketing analytics. He has more than three years of teaching experience in reputed institutes like Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), and one and a half year research experience as research associate in an ICSSR-sponsored project at National Institute of Technology, Rourkela. Dr. Ram Kondasani has also published a number of Research Papers in the journals of International repute. Currently his research focus on healthcare analytics, tourism service quality and marketing analytics.
